In the pedicure practice and nail studio, you use sharpening caps and sharpening rings for various operations. Use the Podo sharpening caps (Orange) and Thermo (Purple) sharpening caps for professional callus grinding. Podo and Thermo grinding caps are available in 3 coarsenesses 80, 150 and 320. Podo and Thermo grinding caps are CE marked. Podo and Thermo grinding caps have their own holders.
For standard grinding use the Tech or Tech Special when using a lot of water. Use Tech to efficiently grind excess calluses and nail material with caps made of fine (150) and coarse (80) grinding material. There are caps in diameters of 5mm, 7mm, 10mm and 13mm. You can use them all but beware of overloading your grinding motor. Brown grinding caps are semi-waterproof and green grinding caps are waterproof.
